Can I just ask... what does your b/f say about this? Does he like it too or does he miss the non-vegan food? I always wonder if man can live this way, since all vegans I've heard about were always women :)

My BF says nothing, as long as he gets his dose of meat :) he respects my choice (I think), but this is not a new idea to him, because I have been talking about it for a long time. He gets a vegan meal or two, but not the third :)
And no, I don't see him becoming vegan anytime soon. If ever :)
A few days after me, my mom also got on a vegan challenge, though I think it will be much harder for her, cause she really misses the meat. But my dad? Oh boy, he's constantly rolling his eyes. Though I don't know if mom gives him his share of meat or keeps him vegan as well :)
