Day 125 - young corn


CORN

  • corn (1 / person)
  • water
  • salt to taste

Peel the corn and wash it.
Fill a pot with water, just enough to cover the corn inside. Cover the pot and bring the water to boil. Cook on low heat until the corn turns tender to the bite (about 20 minutes).
Remove from water, serve hot and sprinkle with salt to taste.
