Day 114 - Yogurt Cake with Apricots


 YOGURT CAKE WITH APRICOTS

Dry ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
Wet ingredients:
  • 1 cup oil
  • 250 g plain soy yogurt
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • drop of vanilla flavor
Preheat oven to 180°C.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, combine well and pour into a greased baking tin. Top with sliced apricots or other seasonal fruit. Bake 30-35 minutes.

  2. You can use a regular yogurt instead.

    Plain soy yogurt is yogurt made of soya beans (like soy milk) that has no additional flavors (like vanilla or plum or mango), so it's just like regular plain yogurt.

    Will you make this recipe? :)
