I made it. And not just made it, loved every step on the way. So much so, I am staying vegan. But in order to "have a goal", I'm embarking now on a 30-day vegan challenge. How great does that sound? :)
I still have many vegan recipes I want to try that haven't made the menu.
Today it's thursday, so wiener schnitzel time at work... but I had a lovely vegetarian plate with soy burgers, fries, rice, zucchini, eggplants, green pepper and tomatoes. Yes, the plate was huge! I sadly left like half of the food untouched and still felt full at dinner time, so I got a soy yogurt & piece of the banana cake (it's just so good!).
So, no food today anymore. The challenge was a complete success and am looking forward to the upcoming days, meals & menus.
Another semi-great (?) news today. A package.
Could it be my blender? For real? Let's open it:

Oh NO!
It's not MY blender! Because MY blender should consist of 6 cups!
:(
A quick call to the shop solved nothing, cause it was already 6pm. My only hope left is that they will send me my 2 extra cups tomorrow and (if I am lucky) I receive them sometime next week, and -if I am lucky, which apparently I am not - I get to use the other cups meanwhile.
But of course, until I hear from the shop, I cannot use the blender, at all.
And I paid 120 EUR for this joke.
I repacked the whole thing and hid it from view, so I don't get upset everytime I see the package.
I mean, if I don't get the cups or if I need to send the blender back in order to get MY blender, ... me is going to become one really unpleased customer. And nobody wants me as an unpleased costumer, believe me. Not when I pay 120 eur for the goods.
Absolutely understand why you're upset, when something is this expensive, I'd expect they would pay better attention to the order!! Hope you get your blender, soon!!
