Due to the gross amount of junk food I consumed yesterday, this morning I put my new blender to good use and prepared a really large frutti smoothie, all for myself.
FRUTTI SMOOTHIE
4-6 strawberries
1 banana
1 kiwi
1 dcl water
0,5 dcl soy milk
Put everything in the blender and blend away!
That's 450 ml of smoothie goodie just for myself! And I used my "to-go" lid for a splash-free drinking time on the couch.
Good morning!

Hi Kristina,
ReplyDeleteLooks nice! If you put some yofu in it will even make it more smooth... If you look for some variation in smoothie-recipes, have a look over here

I've got plenty of yofu in my fridge and since this was only my second smoothie I do believe I will soon start getting creative! :)
ReplyDeletebut I'll surely check those recipes out! tnx!
What is yofu, please? I tried to google it and looked at pictures but I just don't understand :(
ReplyDeleteBtw., when you like all this healthy stuff, you should try green smoothies I think! I personally haven't had a green smoothie yet but many people love it!
Peta, yofu is simply put - soy yogurt :)
ReplyDeleteI am considering green smoothies but I'm waiting for fresh home grown spinach. Which means still like a month or so to go. I might try sooner with some bio version.
Oooooh, thanks for the explanation, now I understand!! Wow, sounds interesting!! :)
ReplyDeleteWow, home-grown spinach, you keep on amazing me every day :-))
Well, my mom keeps a big garden and she's my supplier of greens & fruit throughout the year. Winter is exception. Almost nothing grows in winter time. So last week I spent my days planting potatoes and the such so when spring & summer comes, I can claim my share of the goodies :))
ReplyDeletethe great thing is, what she grows is all 100% organic. The only thing she uses is cow's manure & natural fertilizers, no pesticides, no chemistry.
The goods really taste good, fresh and... oh my, I can't wait :))
